As a Business Development, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for growth, and a keen understanding of market trends.
EXPECTATIONS
- Business Development Planning
- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Pinnacle and Develor business capabilities & value propositions.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally.
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Developing growth strategies and annual business plans, using data analytics.
- Conduct market analysis to track trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the Pinnacle Marketing Team to develop marketing plans and tactics that support the development of the business in the given geography or line of business.
- Reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
- Business Developer should be participating in writing insights about his / her geographies to promote business in the given geography and agree that their profile will be featured online and on social media.
- Participate in customer events, whether online or F2F, to promote Pinnacle & Develor business in the designated geography.
- Business Development representative is expected to support promoting Pinnacle & Develor on social media, through:
- Add his role with Pinnacle on SM and LinkedIn as a member of the team.
- Following, Commenting, Sharing, and inviting friends to Pinnacle and its companies webinars and social media.
- Business Developing Delivery
- Building a healthy, active pipeline and reporting back to Pinnacle & Develor CRMs.
- Increasing client base through New/New Business opportunities by reaching out to and qualifying leads through outbound calling, e-mails, meetings, and social media.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conducting customer surveys and developing sales strategies.
- Writing business proposals.
- Negotiating with customers stakeholders.
- Contracting
- Reviewing the contracts signature and processing.
- Follow up on invoicing and payment to maintain a healthy relationship with clients.
- Follow up on the Implementation of training and or Consultancy Services to meet customer expectations.
- Providing prompt responses to all customers
- Support Pinnacle Marketing in writing success stories and case studies.
- Business Development representative is expected to attend internal meetings and workshops to be able to submit the best offering from technical and cost perspectives.
- Supporting Pinnacle Community
- Be an integral part of the Pinnacle & Develor community, supporting Pinnacle culture and values.
- Meet weekly with the Management on a one-to-one basis to discuss business activities, pipeline, forecast, and actual revenues achieved.
- Participate in monthly business reviews.
- Contribute to Pinnacle periodical meetings.
- It would be great if you always attend Pinnacle social gatherings.

- Experience and Qualifications
- A bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related fields is the minimum.
- Excellent written and verbal bilingual communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and key account management roles.
- Preferably with prior experience in consultancy and learning & development (L&D) sectors, as well as familiarity with the business landscape in KSA within these domains.
