, permanent HSE Head Job Description: Premier Service & Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and qualified HSE Head to join our team. As the HSE Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all health, safety, and environmental initiatives within our company. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations and standards - Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks, and make recommendations for corrective actions - Train and educate employees on HSE protocols and ensure compliance throughout the organization - Investigate incidents and accidents, and provide recommendations for prevention and improvement - Maintain accurate records of all HSE activities and report on key metrics to senior management - Collaborate with other departments to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all business operations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations, and make necessary adjustments to HSE policies and procedures - Manage a team of HSE professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development - Conduct regular meetings with senior management to provide updates on HSE performance and make recommendations for improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-risk industry - Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures - Ability to analyze data and identify trends to make data-driven decisions - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic and fast-paced organization.
