Leasing Manager – Serviced & Shared Offices

Location: Nasr City – 21 Dr. Zaki Hassan Building

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Leasing Manager with a proven track record in serviced offices, coworking, and flexible workspace solutions. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial acumen, deep market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value corporate and enterprise deals while leading a high-performing leasing function.

Experience with operators such as Regus, Camelizer, or similar international/local shared office brands is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Revenue Growth

  • Drive occupancy and revenue across serviced offices, coworking spaces, and virtual office products.
  • Develop and execute strategic leasing plans targeting SMEs, corporates, multinationals, and enterprise clients.
  • Lead the full leasing cycle: prospecting, negotiations, proposals, closing, and onboarding.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, brokers, and corporate accounts.
  • Deliver tailored workspace solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction, renewals, and upselling opportunities.

Team Leadership & Performance

  • Set KPIs, monitor pipelines, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Foster a professional, consultative leasing culture aligned with premium brand standards.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate alliances.
  • Provide insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Prepare accurate leasing reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Represent the organization professionally at networking events and industry forums.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.

Experience Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of leasing experience in serviced offices, coworking, or commercial real estate.
  • 3–5+ years in a leasing management or senior leasing role.
  • Proven history of closing high-value corporate and enterprise deals.
  • Prior experience with Regus, Camelizer, or comparable operators is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Deep understanding of flexible workspace products and pricing models.
  • Solid knowledge of rental laws and lease agreements.
  • Ability to draft, interpret, and assess lease contracts.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong CRM and reporting capabilities.
