Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing total rewards strategies and programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will also oversee the administration of all compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Manage the administration of all compensation and benefits programs, including base pay, incentives, bonuses, and benefits plans
- Collaborate with HR team to design and implement employee recognition and rewards programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits
- Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits trends to make recommendations for improvements and adjustments
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants to support the total rewards program
- Oversee the communication and education of total rewards programs to employees, ensuring understanding and appreciation of the offerings
- Manage the annual performance review process and provide guidance to managers on compensation decisions
- Lead the development and implementation of a job evaluation and grading system to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation
- Analyze and report on total rewards metrics and provide insights to senior management for decision-making
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in total rewards and make recommendations for improvements to the program
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of total rewards principles, practices, and regulations
- Experience with job evaluation and grading systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is an asset
