Financial Controller "Bani suif "

As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company and ensuring that they are aligned with our overall business objectives. You will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures that will drive the company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability goals

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations to senior management

- Prepare and present regular financial reports to the senior management team

- Manage cash flow and ensure the company has adequate funding for its operations

- Supervise and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date

- Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as banks, auditors, and tax authorities

- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the company's growth and success.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in a service-based industry

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial management software

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
