Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented FF&E Junior Designer to support the selection, specification, and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment for interior design projects. The role is ideal for candidates with strong design sensitivity and a passion for materials, finishes, and interior aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in selecting FF&E items including furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories
• Research and source materials and suppliers (local and international)
• Prepare mood boards, concept presentations, and material boards
• Support in creating design layouts and documentation using AutoCAD
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and project teams
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specifications, and project records
• Ensure design concepts align with project requirements and budgets
• Assist senior designers in project execution and client presentations

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in FF&E, interior design, or architecture (internships accepted)
• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Good knowledge of furniture, materials, finishes, and suppliers
• Strong aesthetic sense (color, texture, and composition)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office
• Ability to create mood boards and visual presentations
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
