Job Summary:

Experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction chemicals, specializing in managing end-to-end project execution across various construction sites. Proven ability to oversee the application of specialized chemical products such as waterproofing systems, concrete admixtures, sealants, and coatings.

Skilled in coordinating with clients, contractors, and technical teams to ensure project delivery within scope, time, and budget. Adept at quality control, site supervision, and ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Demonstrates strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on optimizing performance, reducing costs, and maintaining high-quality project outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Project Manager Experience in building materials or construction chemicals industry.

• Manage planning, execution, and completion of flooring and waterproofing projects.

• Supervise applicator teams (in-house + third-party) and enforce technical standards.

• Conduct substrate assessments, surface prep planning, and technical troubleshooting.

• Ensure correct system application per datasheets—mixing ratios, thickness, curing, QC.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors during site meetings.

• Oversee additional works: concrete repair, joint sealants, protective coatings, crack injection.

• Track material usage vs. BOQ, request materials, and maintain tools/equipment.
• Prepare progress reports, inspection notes, and site documentation.
• Strong technical expertise into Epoxy/PU coatings & self-leveling +o.
• Cementitious waterproofing Torch-applied membranes +o.
• Concrete repairs, joint sealants, protective coatings Ability to manage multiple sites and lead teams effectively.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and technical datasheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. High attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.
• Basic English (written & verbal). Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Proven project management experience across multiple concurrent sites.
• Strong hands-on background in application and site supervision.
• Experience in India, Middle East, or Africa is a strong advantage.
