About the job HR Generalist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly attendance reports.
  • Prepare payroll variables on monthly basis.
  • Handle social insurance requirements for the location.
  • Prepare employee files as per labor law requirements.
  • Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects (recruitment, training, surveys, employee engagement, DEI, etc.).
  • Maintain records of different HR functions professionally.
  • Represent the HR department professionally at the location.
  • Conduct employee investigations when needed.
  • Be the DEI owner in the assigned location.

Job Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • HR Diploma Certificate

Required Experience:

4 – 5 Years

Languages:

  • Arabic
  • English is a must
