About the job HR Generalist
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly attendance reports.
- Prepare payroll variables on monthly basis.
- Handle social insurance requirements for the location.
- Prepare employee files as per labor law requirements.
- Support implementation of HR initiatives and projects (recruitment, training, surveys, employee engagement, DEI, etc.).
- Maintain records of different HR functions professionally.
- Represent the HR department professionally at the location.
- Conduct employee investigations when needed.
- Be the DEI owner in the assigned location.
Job Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- HR Diploma Certificate
Required Experience:
4 – 5 Years
Languages:
- Arabic
- English is a must
Competencies Required:
- Business acumen
- Fast learner
- Ability to handle matrix reporting channels
- Sociable and team-oriented
- Ability to use office equipment properly
- Self-confidence and professional appearance
- Ability to deal with white and blue collar employees
- Ability to work independently with low supervision
