About the job Payroll Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies

Maintain and update payroll data including attendance, overtime, leaves, and bonuses

Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams

Reconcile payroll records and resolve discrepancies or employee inquiries

Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for accurate payroll input

Handle payroll tax calculations and submissions (insurance, income tax, etc.)

Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation

Stay updated with changes in labor law and social insurance regulations
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

4 to 6 years of proven experience in payroll processing

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and tax/social insurance systems

Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
-
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
