General Manager Experience in construction industry

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in civil/ construction engineering with a minimum of 10-12 years experience in a similar leadership position preferable in the ready mix concrete field, with a proven record of success.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing company objectives set by the board, and within accepted exposure limits.

2. Leading and directing head of all company departments towards achieving company goals.

3. Constant monitor to performance of all departments, with intervention whenever needed for improvement and direction.

4. In coordinations with Sales department, signs contracts and P.O.s with clients on behalf of the company.

5. Constant Followup - with financial department- of cash management and adherence of clients to agreed upon payment terms, and intervention whenever needed.

6. Constant Followup to new market trends, sourcing of materials to ensure optimization of purchases in terms of quality and prices.

7. Achieve company growth within a healthy cash flow situation by constantly managing debtors accounts.

8. Followup on all legal matters to ensure companys commercial and legal rights are attained, in coordination with legal department.

9. Technical knowledge of the ready mix concrete product and factors affecting quality and companys operational readiness and delivery capability.

10. understanding of equipment maintenance guidelines and management of equipment readiness to meet production schedules.
