Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the sales team, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and drive business growth in the field of industrial air compressors (oil-injected, oil-free, turbo, and centrifugal). The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for compressors and related equipment.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and goal achievement.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial customers across multiple sectors.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and support.
  • Prepare and negotiate technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the technical department.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and service departments to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and technical presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the air compressor industry (oil-injected, oil-free, turbo, and centrifugal).
  • Proven track record in industrial equipment sales and team leadership.
  • Strong understanding of compressor systems, applications, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
