About the job Business Development Manager
Job Purpose:
To lead and develop the business growth of our stores by identifying new opportunities, enhancing store performance, expanding sales channels, and driving revenue growth while strengthening the brand presence in the retail market.
Job Holder Profile:
Education & Training Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- MBA is a plus
Technical & Professional Experience:
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail, business development, or sales management
Strong background in retail expansion, partnerships, and revenue growth
Main Accountabilities / Duties:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Fun Factory Stores revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels.
- Drive store performance improvement through sales initiatives and commercial plans.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviour to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives.
- Work closely with supply chain to ensure product availability and optimal assortment.
- Support pricing strategies and margin optimization in coordination with finance.
- Lead negotiations with key partners, landlords, and strategic accounts.
- Prepare business cases, forecasts, and growth plans for management approval.
