Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Sales Manager to join a leading Digital Banking Consulting firm in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling digital transformation solutions to banks and financial institutions, with deep knowledge of digital banking products, trends, and technologies. This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Lead end-to-end sales cycles for digital banking and digital transformation solutions.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within banks and financial institutions across the GCC/UAE.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare sales proposals, RFP responses, demos, and presentations for prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers (CIO, COO, CDO, Head of Digital).
Understand client needs and recommend tailored digital transformation strategies and solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on emerging digital banking trends and technologies.
Digital Transformation Expertise
Provide subject-matter expertise on digital banking platforms, mobile banking, open banking, AI/automation, customer onboarding, and payment transformation.
Work closely with consulting and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with technical capabilities and client objectives.
Support clients in identifying pain points and building roadmaps for digital change.
UAE/GCC banking market experience.
Existing network of contacts in banks and financial institutions.
