Mall Manager- GM
Location : Mew Cairo
Main Duties :
General Administrative Duties
Conduct periodic meetings with subordinate departments to ensure that priorities are clear and the workflow
is running smoothly as per agreed plans at the beginning of each year.
Prepare periodic reports regarding departments activities and achievements to be submitted to the CEO on
a monthly basis or when required.
Identify human resources requirements for departments according to human resources planning best
practices and market norms.
Recommend appropriate development and training plans for subordinates and evaluate their effectiveness by
monitoring the results delivered and the employees' performance.
Carry out performance appraisals for subordinates according to the planned schedules and recommend
necessary actions as per the adopted procedures.
Assign a coverage person to carry out the responsibilities of the position whenever the need arises, such as
travel, out of office for personal or business needs.
Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the CEO.
Technical Duties
Oversee all aspects of shopping mall operations, including property management, facilities and services,
tenant relations, leasing support, marketing, and promotional activities.
Overseeing the financial performance of the company, malls, and managed facilities, including preparing
budgets, monitoring expenses, and achieving targeted profits.
Developing pricing and leasing strategies (mix strategies) that ensure an optimal mix of tenants to increase
footfall and profitability.
Ensuring efficiency and professionalism in facilities management operations such as preventive and corrective
maintenance, security, cleaning, and energy management to reduce costs and increase the lifespan of the
property.
To serve as the company's face to government agencies, business partners, and the public, building a positive
brand image and enhancing growth opportunities.
Ensure that all policies are strictly adhered to.
Lead, direct, and evaluate the performance of staff and contracted personnel to ensure operational efficiency
and excellence.
Manage the mall team to oversee daily operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, administration,
and customer service.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities, grounds, and equipment to assess maintenance and repair
requirements.
Ensure compliance with mall operating policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, including Occupational
Health & Safety requirements, for tenants, service providers, and contractors.
Develop and manage the annual operating budget, ensuring cost efficiency and revenue optimization in
alignment with organizational goals.
Liaise with insurance providers, law enforcement, and relevant agencies to maintain safety, security, and
regulatory compliance.
Plan and oversee capital expenditures in accordance with the approved budget.
Drive profitability by identifying and leveraging revenue-generating opportunities while managing operational
costs effectively.
Conduct periodic rental reviews to align leasing rates with market trends.
Perform regular audits, customer surveys, and trade area analyses to monitor shopping behaviors and adapt
strategies accordingly.
Job Specifications
Minimum required Education B.sc in business or a related field.
Language Proficiency
Proficiency in the Arabic and English language. Minimum required Professional Experience
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related field experience. Skills and Abilities
