About the Role

We are seeking an experienced QC Manager to lead Quality Control and Microbiology activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP, quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QC & Microbiology operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Review and approve analyses for raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Ensure compliance with current cGMP requirements.
• Review and approve analytical method transfer protocols, worksheets, and reports.
• Review and approve specifications and testing procedures.
• Coordinate IQ, OQ, and PQ activities for QC instruments.
• Apply statistical tools, FMEA, Pareto analysis, process control, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Conduct audits of external agencies supporting QC activities.
• Review and approve analytical and calibration reports.
• Manage budgets for assigned R&D projects.
• Lead, develop, and guide the QC team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 15+ years of experience in reputable pharmaceutical companies in Egypt.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar managerial QC role.
• Strong knowledge of QC, Microbiology, cGMP, analytical methods, and quality systems.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
