Summary
Responsible for leading and supervising the Talent Acquisition function to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality hiring across the organization. Oversees end-to-end recruitment activities, partners with hiring managers, improves recruitment processes, and ensures alignment with the company's manpower plan and employer branding strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the full recruitment cycle (manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding coordination).
- Lead and guide the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring performance targets and SLAs are met.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
- Ensure job descriptions are updated, accurate, and aligned with business needs.
- Oversee candidate screening, interviews, assessments, and offer management.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies, job portals, and external vendors when needed.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire) and prepare regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment processes and tools.
- Assist in onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Handle escalated recruitment issues and critical hiring needs.

Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's Degree of any relevant field
- Experience:
(7–9) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
