Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Greek-speaking Communication Coordinator to support our international trading operations and maintain strong communication with partners, suppliers, and clients in Greece. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between departments and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth coordination, timely responses, and professional relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with Greek-speaking clients, suppliers, and business partners via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- Coordinate daily communication between the Greece market and internal departments such as sales, logistics, procurement, and finance.
- Translate and interpret business communications between Greek and English when needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to trading activities.
- Follow up on shipments, orders, contracts, and documentation with overseas partners.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.
- Assist in resolving customer or supplier issues professionally and efficiently.
- Support business development activities in the Greek market.
- Monitor market updates and provide relevant insights to management.
Requirements
- Fluent in Greek and English (spoken and written).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Languages, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, coordination, trading, logistics, or international business is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience dealing with the Greek market or Greek companies.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and international trade documentation.
- Additional languages are a plus.
