Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage & Coordinate Import Machinery during Set Up.
  • Manage and coordinate all import and export processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant international trade regulations and customs requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other key logistics partners.
  • Negotiate contracts and rates with vendors to optimize costs and service levels.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation for import and export shipments.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively address any potential delays or issues.
  • Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of import/export specialists.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • MBA / EMBA

* Certifications :

  • International Trade Certification
  • Supply Chain certifications (e.g., CSCP)
  • Customs compliance programs

Competencies Required:

  • 7-15 years of experience in export and import operations at big Garment Factory is A Must.
  • Experience or Knowledge for import machinery during set up is Mandatory
  • Proven expertise in Export, Import / Export, Logistics Operations, Logistics Management, and Supply Chain.
  • Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing freight forwarding and customs brokerage relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team of import/export professionals.

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
