Fresh IT Officer

Job Overview: As an IT Officer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and troubleshooting of all IT systems and equipment within the company. You will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems and provide technical support to all employees. This is a full-time position with regular office hours, but some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities: - Install, configure, and maintain all hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, servers, and network equipment. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Monitor and maintain the company's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. - Provide technical support to all employees, including troubleshooting, training, and guidance. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels for all company systems. - Conduct regular backups and ensure data security and disaster recovery procedures are in place. - Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and make recommendations for improvements to the IT infrastructure. - Assist with the planning and implementation of new IT projects and initiatives. - Maintain inventory of all IT equipment and software licenses. - Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT systems and security. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry. - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems. - Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based systems and technologies. - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively. - Experience with project management and IT project implementation is a plus.
