Job Title: Global Operations & Business Development Manager

Locations: 6th of October City & Fayoum, Egypt

Role Overview:

You will manage industrial quality control projects, acting as the main link between the client and the company. You will oversee projects from technical, financial, and managerial perspectives, ensuring successful delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects and coordinate internal and external teams.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and profitability.
• Ensure quality standards, compliance, and timely delivery.
• Support new product programs and operational improvements.
• Supervise and motivate teams, plan resources, and resolve project issues.

Requirements:

• Background in automotive or industrial projects.
• Bachelors or masters degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to travel abroad and within Egypt.
• fluent in English
• French language is a plus.
• Strong leadership, project management, and problem-solving skills.
