Job Summary

The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient management of daily activities, schedules, communications, and confidential matters. The role requires strong coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and documents on behalf of the CEO.

  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Organize business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive meetings.

  • Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks across departments.

  • Screen calls and visitors, prioritizing requests and maintaining professional communication.

  • Support event coordination and executive-level activities when required.

  • Maintain organized records and filing systems (digital and physical).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant to senior management.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
