Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Facility Management to manage and support all HR operations across site-based and head office employees. The ideal candidate will be familiar with labor-intensive environments and multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for FM staff (technicians, supervisors, cleaners, security, etc.).
- Manage personnel files, contracts, and employee records in compliance with labor law.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and leave management for site employees.
- Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law, and HSE requirements.
- Coordinate medical insurance, social insurance, and governmental registrations.
- Support training, workforce planning, and manpower allocation across sites.
- Act as an HR point of contact for site supervisors and operations managers.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Facility Management, Construction, or Services industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
- Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manpower-heavy environments.
- Familiarity with time attendance systems.
- Strong coordination skills with operations and site management.
