Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Facility Management to manage and support all HR operations across site-based and head office employees. The ideal candidate will be familiar with labor-intensive environments and multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding for FM staff (technicians, supervisors, cleaners, security, etc.).
  • Manage personnel files, contracts, and employee records in compliance with labor law.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, overtime, and leave management for site employees.
  • Support performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor law, and HSE requirements.
  • Coordinate medical insurance, social insurance, and governmental registrations.
  • Support training, workforce planning, and manpower allocation across sites.
  • Act as an HR point of contact for site supervisors and operations managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably within Facility Management, Construction, or Services industries.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in manpower-heavy environments.
  • Familiarity with time attendance systems.
  • Strong coordination skills with operations and site management.
