Routing Specialist

Owner of Customers' master data and routing activities

Key Responsibilities

Maintain customer master data across all channels and regions

Apply & ensure correct assignment of Sales Representatives and Customers on SAP

Apply Sales Structure, Visit Plan, and Re-Routing Activities, Monthly on SAP

Amend Customer Master Data upon request (Create, Update, Delete, etc.)

Support with any Handheld related issues within Routing Role

Support with Digital Maps in terms of Customers'/Routes/Depots Plotting

Other tasks as required
