Microwave Engineer (Nera / Ceragon)

Job Title: Microwave Engineer (Nera / Ceragon)
Level: L2
Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Technical Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience with Microwave transmission systems (Nera and/or Ceragon).
* Solid knowledge of MW link planning, design, and implementation.
* Experience in installation, commissioning, and integration of MW links.
* Good understanding of IP networking fundamentals (L2/L3, routing, VLANs).
* Experience in alignment, commissioning, and acceptance testing of MW links.
* Ability to perform path analysis and LOS (Line of Sight) verification.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for MW link degradation, interference, and outage issues.
* Experience with network management systems (NMS) for MW equipment.
* Knowledge of capacity upgrade and software upgrade procedures.
* Familiarity with link budget calculations and performance KPIs (availability, latency, throughput).
* Ability to work in live network environments with minimal supervision.
