About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executives to join a fast-growing organization in the market. The ideal candidates are passionate about sales, eager to build strong client relationships, and capable of driving consistent revenue growth.
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, presenting solutions to clients, and closing deals while maintaining exceptional professionalism and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage and update customer data through CRM systems
- Generate leads through various channels, including digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Maintain deep product and market knowledge
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in a similar industry)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Highly motivated, presentable, and professional in both appearance and behavior
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
