Production Manager Experience in Animal production from 10 to 15 years

Responsibilities:

1. Planning, organizing, directing, and supervising production staff and customers, and supervising the inputs, processes, and outputs of production operations.

2. Ensuring quality control or full supervision of production process inputs and outputs, implementing company standards, and documenting production processes.

3. Determining the human resource needs of the client in the production department, participating in the selection of department workers, determining the training needs of each individual, training and motivating them for the client, and participating in the evaluation process for individuals.

4. Ensuring the application of occupational health and safety standards at breeding sites.

5. Directly supervise the disinfection and cleaning of production pens, the farm, and feed tanks.

6. Develop an operational plan prior to the incubation of new chicks.

7. Determine the required quantity of feed, vaccines, and veterinary medications.

8. Directly supervise production development.

9. Field work (15%), office work (85%).

10. Implementation of the safety system.

11. Monitor chicken weights and ensure compliance with breeding standards.

12. Monitor maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports on maintenance.

13. Evaluate the progress of production operations and make necessary changes aimed at improving production quality and reducing time, effort, and costs.

14. Submit reports on all aspects of production operations, achievements, and failures to senior management.

15. Making recommendations regarding rewards and punishments based on employee performance evaluations.
