Location: Khanka

Job Objective

To ensure that all processes, materials, and finished products meet the required quality standards and specifications, and to oversee the implementation of quality control systems throughout the production cycle. The Senior QC Engineer will act as a technical leader, mentor junior QC staff, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to identify deviations from quality standards.

• Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, test records, and compliance certificates.

• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve quality-related issues.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant international/local regulations.

• Supervise, train, and guide junior QC engineers and technicians.

• Participate in audits, client inspections, and third-party verifications.

• Monitor calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment.

• Continuously improve quality processes by introducing best practices and new quality tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field).

• Minimum 5:7 years of experience in quality control, preferably in [construction / manufacturing / oil & gas / industrial adapt to sector].

• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with inspection tools, testing equipment, and QC documentation.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software/tools.

• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma, or equivalent) is an advantage.
