About the job Reception Supervisor
Job Objective:
To oversee the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring efficient front-desk services, a professional company image, and excellent guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the reception team to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

Monitor incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring proper redirection and timely responses.

Ensure reception area is well-maintained, organized, and presentable at all times.

Train, mentor, and schedule reception staff to maintain high performance standards.

Handle escalated complaints or issues from guests and ensure effective resolution.

Maintain records of visitors, appointments, and meeting room schedules.

Collaborate with security for visitor access control and safety compliance.

Support administrative functions including courier services, office supplies, and facility requests.

Prepare regular reports on reception performance, visitor traffic, and service improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Supervisor, or in customer service.
