We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Operation Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the training operations for our clients, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training plans and programs for clients based on their specific needs and requirements
• Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistics are in place
• Monitor and track training attendance and provide timely reports to clients
• Maintain training records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate
• Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure training materials are current and relevant
• Evaluate training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Manage training budgets and expenses
• Communicate with clients and provide updates on training progress and outcomes
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training operations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in training operations or a similar role
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other training software
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
