Job Purpose:

To plan, coordinate, and manage all maintenance activities, ensuring reliable operation of equipment and systems, minimizing downtime, and optimizing maintenance costs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise maintenance teams, including technicians and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.
• Manage external contractors and service providers.
• Prepare maintenance reports and performance metrics (KPIs).

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience in maintenance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and reliability engineering.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is an asset.
