Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Specialist to support our retail operations. You will provide technical assistance to internal staff and customers, ensuring smooth access to systems and tools. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of retail technology and excellent communication skills to guide users through technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
  • Assist with installation and configuration of retail systems and software.
  • Train staff on technology use and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve complex issues.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in help desk or technical support, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and retail technology.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and support software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
