Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Specialist to support our retail operations. You will provide technical assistance to internal staff and customers, ensuring smooth access to systems and tools. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of retail technology and excellent communication skills to guide users through technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Document customer interactions and technical issues accurately.
- Assist with installation and configuration of retail systems and software.
- Train staff on technology use and troubleshooting procedures.
- Coordinate with IT and other departments to resolve complex issues.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in help desk or technical support, preferably in retail.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and retail technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
