Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the management team
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Continuously strive to improve sales processes and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
