Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager to lead full-cycle recruitment and strengthen our employer brand. This role combines recruitment expertise, marketing creativity, and stakeholder management to attract and engage top talent in the e-commerce space.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior and critical technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding handoff.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, competency frameworks, and hiring scorecards.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies: talent pipelining, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, campus programs, and agency partnerships.
  • Manage recruitment operations: ATS administration, candidate communications, interview scheduling, and recruitment dashboards.
  • Continuously optimize hiring metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-offer, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance, diversity of hire).
  • Conduct structured interviews, provide training to hiring managers, and implement consistent selection processes.
  • Lead diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build diverse talent pools.

Employer Branding & EVP

  • Define and manage the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with Marketing and People teams.
  • Create and execute a multi-channel employer branding strategy: careers site content, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter), employee stories, videos, blogs, and thought leadership.
  • Produce recruitment marketing campaigns for evergreen roles and hiring drives, including creative briefs, content calendars, and KPI tracking.
  • Manage and optimize careers page, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Life page, and third-party employer review profiles.
  • Run employee advocacy programs to amplify authentic employee stories.
  • Measure brand impact through candidate source quality, apply-to-hire ratios, social engagement, and review scores; iterate strategies based on data.
  • Represent the company at recruitment events, university career fairs, meetups, and industry conferences.

People Leadership & Stakeholder Management

  • Coach hiring managers on best-practice interviewing, inclusive hiring, and candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Product, Legal, and Finance on employer-focused programs and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data privacy laws in all recruitment processes.

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment marketing, or employer branding, preferably in tech, logistics, or e-commerce.
  • Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment and delivering impactful employer branding campaigns.
  • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to create content and manage social channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Data-driven mindset; skilled at tracking KPIs and improving processes.
  • Passion for employer branding, content creation, and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
