Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Remove fine debris, perform deep cleaning of surfaces, and complete final detailing.
• Ensure all leftover packing materials, scrap drywall, plastic wraps, and other construction waste are properly removed.
• Oversee sweeping and cleaning of all floors, including corners and edges, to eliminate fine construction dust.
• Inspect completed areas and ensure they meet required cleanliness and finishing standards.
• Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor work quality and productivity.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with site teams to ensure cleaning activities are completed according to project schedules.
• Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards throughout the work area.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in construction, fit-out, or hospitality environments.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a housekeeping team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
