Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Technical Requirements:

* Strong experience with NEC Microwave transmission systems.
* Solid knowledge of MW network design, installation, and commissioning.
* Hands-on experience in NEC MW equipment configuration and integration.
* Experience in path survey, LOS verification, and link planning.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for MW transmission issues and outages.
* Good understanding of IP networking (L2/L3 concepts).
* Experience in alignment, testing, and acceptance of MW links.
* Familiarity with NEC network management systems (NMS).
* Knowledge of link budget analysis and MW performance KPIs.
* Experience in software upgrades and network expansion activities.
* Ability to support live network operations and urgent troubleshooting scenarios.
