Description of Job Duties:
Operational Finance:
Oversee daily financial operations to ensure efficient financial processes and controls.
Internal Controls:
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
Ensure adherence to established financial policies and procedures.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual
financial statements.
Lead the preparation of management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and ensure proper documentation.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads.
Provide financial forecasts and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.
