What Youll Do:
Monitor and analyze network performance
Support troubleshooting and incident handling
Learn from senior experts and vendors (Huawei, Ericsson, Nokia)

What Were Looking For:
Fresh graduates in Telecommunications / Electronics / Computer Engineering
Basic understanding of mobile networks & IP fundamentals
Passion for technology and continuous learning

Preferred Certifications (optional): CCNA, HCIA, or 5G Fundamentals
