Factory Managers

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee all operations of our manufacturing plant.

The Factory Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, streamlining processes, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in managing a manufacturing facility, understanding of lean manufacturing principles, excellent people management skills, and the ability to motivate employees.

Ultimately, you will ensure our production runs smoothly and is cost-effective.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all business operations to achieve corporate goals.
• Develop and implement business plan for profitability.
• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities.
• Identify unsafe equipment and provide solutions to improve safety.
• Ensure that the production is cost effective and efficiency is maintained.
• Monitor production to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Supervise, motivate, and support the production team.
• Ensure all legal health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
