Job Title: Operations & Accounting Officer

Location: Heliopolis
Employment Type: Part-Time (with possibility of Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Support daily store operations and coordinate with the sales team

  • Assist in monitoring inventory and stock movement

  • Follow up with suppliers and deliveries

  • Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Record daily sales and expenses

  • Assist in issuing invoices and receipts

  • Support petty cash handling and cash reconciliation

  • Coordinate payments with banks and suppliers

  • Maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting tools

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Ability to work part-time on-site in Heliopolis
