Key Responsibilities:
Operations Responsibilities:

Support daily store operations and coordinate with the sales team

Assist in monitoring inventory and stock movement

Follow up with suppliers and deliveries
-
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures
Accounting Responsibilities:

Record daily sales and expenses
-
Assist in issuing invoices and receipts
-
Support petty cash handling and cash reconciliation
-
Coordinate payments with banks and suppliers
-
Maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting tools

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Good communication skills in English

Ability to work part-time on-site in Heliopolis
