About the job New Products Manager
Job Purpose:
Lead the development and launch of new products from concept to market, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and assess market opportunities for new products and innovations.

Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance) to develop and launch new products.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define product positioning and pricing.

Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed products.

Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept design, prototyping, and testing to commercialization.

Ensure product launches meet target timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to build launch strategies, promotional plans, and go-to-market activities.

Track post-launch performance, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
