Job Purpose:

Lead the development and launch of new products from concept to market, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess market opportunities for new products and innovations.

  • Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales, supply chain, finance) to develop and launch new products.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define product positioning and pricing.

  • Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses for proposed products.

  • Manage the end-to-end product development process from concept design, prototyping, and testing to commercialization.

  • Ensure product launches meet target timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to build launch strategies, promotional plans, and go-to-market activities.

  • Track post-launch performance, analyze feedback, and recommend improvements.

  • Monitor industry trends and technological developments to guide innovation.

  • Maintain documentation for each products development and lifecycle management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in product development, innovation, or project management.

  • Strong understanding of market analysis, customer insights, and financial evaluation.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Analytical, creative, and strategic thinker.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Primavera).
