Job Title: RAN Engineer (Huawei Vendor)
Level: L2
Experience: Minimum 5+ years

Technical Requirements:

* Strong hands-on experience in Huawei RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G).
* Deep knowledge of Huawei BTS / NodeB / eNodeB / gNodeB architecture.
* Experience in integration, configuration, and commissioning of Huawei RAN nodes.
* Solid experience in software upgrade, feature activation, and parameter tuning.
* Strong troubleshooting skills for radio access issues (accessibility, retainability, mobility, and throughput).
* Experience with Huawei OSS tools (e.g., M2000 / U2020 / iManager U2000).
* Good understanding of RF KPIs and performance optimization techniques.
* Experience in handling alarms analysis and fault management in live network environments.
* Knowledge of drive tests analysis tools (e.g., TEMS / Nemo / Actix) is a plus.
* Understanding of LTE/5G KPIs and optimization methodologies.
* Ability to work in 24/7 support environment if required.
