Reports to: HR & Administration Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Entry & HR Operations Assistant to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates starting their career and looking to gain exposure to both data management and HR operations. The position will focus mainly on data entry (80%), with the remaining 20% dedicated to HR and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry (80%)

  • Enter and update information into company systems and databases accurately.
  • Review and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support in preparing simple reports and summaries for management.
  • Assist with digital filing, scanning, and archiving of documents.

HR Operations & Admin (20%)

  • Assist the HR team with maintaining employee records and files.
  • Support in onboarding tasks such as collecting documents and preparing new hire files.
  • Help coordinate attendance, leave requests, and basic HR paperwork.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (fresh graduates welcome).
  • 02 years of experience in data entry, admin, or HR support.
  • Good command of MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Positive attitude, organized, and eager to develop professionally.

Working Conditions

  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Days Off: Friday + 2 Saturdays off per month
