Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong Facility Management background to oversee daily operations, ensure service excellence, and manage multi-site facility services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing FM teams, contracts, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility management operations across multiple sites.
  • Manage and supervise site managers, supervisors, and technical teams.
  • Ensure service delivery meets contractual SLAs and KPIs.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor operational budgets, cost control, and resource utilization.
  • Handle client communications, site meetings, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards.
  • Support mobilization of new sites and demobilization of existing ones.
  • Coordinate with HR, procurement, and finance departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Facility Management or Operations, including team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of FM services (hard & soft services).
  • Experience managing multi-site operations and manpower-intensive teams.
  • Solid understanding of contracts, SLAs, KPIs, and client management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
