BIM Tech Lead

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits package. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced BIM Tech Lead to join our team. The BIM Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) processes and technology on our construction projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in BIM and construction, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of BIM processes and standards across all projects - Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain BIM execution plans - Provide training and support to project teams on BIM software and processes - Oversee the creation and maintenance of BIM models and ensure accuracy and consistency - Manage BIM coordination meetings and facilitate clash detection and resolution - Work closely with project managers to ensure BIM deliverables are met on time and within budget - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and processes - Mentor and train junior BIM staff members Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM and construction - Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD - Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience with clash detection and resolution - Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Why Work for Us: At Premier Service & Recruitment, we value our employees and believe in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
