About the Role

We are seeking experienced and driven BMS Sales Engineers / Sales Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS) with a commercial mindset to drive business growth and deliver value-driven solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the BMS and Building Automation sector
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
• Provide technical consultation and present tailored BMS solutions to prospective clients
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and closing
• Collaborate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and client satisfaction
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in building automation
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proven experience in BMS, Building Automation, or a similar industry
• Strong technical knowledge of BMS systems and solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle
• Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets
