Packaging Factory Manager- Alexandria

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our packaging facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising the packaging team, providing training and support to enhance performance.
• Developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands while minimizing downtime.
• Monitoring and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
• Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
