Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Engineer to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations in our office furniture production facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, improve productivity, maintain quality standards, and coordinate with production, planning, quality, and maintenance teams to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve daily production operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance teams to meet production schedules.
• Analyze production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor production KPIs and prepare operational reports.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve workflow.
• Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
• Support production planning and capacity utilization.
• Monitor material usage and minimize waste.
• Participate in new product implementation and process optimization.
• Ensure machines, equipment, and production resources are utilized efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the office furniture, wood, metal, or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
