Job Responsibilities:

Location: New Cairo

1. Recruitment

  • Assist in planning and executing recruitment activities to meet production staffing requirements.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and coordinate onboarding processes.
  • Support in creating job descriptions and advertisements for various roles.
  • Assist in all recruitment process paper work.

2. Compensation and Benefits

  • Assist in payroll coordination and resolving related employee queries.
  • Follow up Annual Leave Balance and requests.
  • Follow up medical & social insurance administration.
  • Monitoring Staff Adherence & Absenteeism.

3. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Assist in managing employee grievance resolution processes and disciplinary actions.

4. Compliance and Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

5. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and organize training programs for employees and supervisors.

    • Support the implementation of leadership development and upskilling initiatives.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for improvement.
    6. Performance Management
    • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating cycle documentation.
    • Provide guidance to managers on employee performance improvement plans.
    • Assist in developing performance metrics aligned with company objectives.
    7. HR Operations
    • Ensure proper maintenance of HR systems and employee data.
    • Generate regular HR reports for management review.
    Job Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
    • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
