Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex projects within the solar energy industry from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering teams, vendors, and clients.
• Oversee risk management, quality control, and regulatory compliance throughout project phases.
• Ensure that projects meet objectives, are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Requirements:

• 20+ years of experience in project management, with a strong background in the Solar Energy industry.
• Proven expertise in leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Extensive experience in handling budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
• Strong knowledge of solar technology, industry regulations, and sustainable energy practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications.
