Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Customer Experience Representative with at least 2 years of proven experience in a customer-facing role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support across multiple channels, resolving issues efficiently, and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on chat channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp for Business.
  • Provide quick, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers regarding products, orders, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain the OurKids tone and voice in all communications, ensuring a warm and professional approach.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns while escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Identify and flag inappropriate or harmful comments, ensuring a safe and welcoming online environment.
  • Collaborate with the social media and customer service teams to share feedback and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
